Madagascar born, raised, and trained, Era built her experience at the local office of I&P, a Pan African Impact-oriented Private Equity fund, where she had the opportunity to work on the transaction and monitoring of several companies. She joined the Inside office in Madagascar in May 2021 and oversees the development of the local deal flow as well as management of Investees in support to Habib. Naturally attracted by the concept of sustainability in all areas and leveraging on her previous experience, she also supports Inside’s ESG/Impact strategy with new creative ideas. Open-minded, curious, and avid for new learnings, Era spent few months in South Africa as part of the Young African Leadership Initiative program aiming at improving leadership skills. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places and cultures. Era holds a dual Masters in Finance degree from INSCAE Madagascar and Université Jean Moulin, Lyon, France.
